Eitatsu is the founding president and chief strategy advisor of Penfield Corporation. Before he established Penfield Corporation, he was Managing Director of Tanaka Chemical Corporation, the leading manufacturer of the key material of Lithium-ion batteries, where he assumed the role of Chief Financial Officer for 9 years. Prior to joining Tanaka Chemical, he was with the Mitsubishi Bank (currently MUFG Bank ) for 28 years, where he was the President and CEO of Mitsubishi Bank of Canada and the General Manager of the Corporate Banking Office. Eitatsu earned his BA in law from the University of Tokyo and graduated from London Business School as Sloan Fellow in 1981. Eitatsu is currently Non-Executive Director of Micronics Japan Co., LTD.
